Naim Audio Product Warranty Registration

Register your new product with us to validate your warranty and to be kept informed of the latest available updates for your Naim Audio product.

Please note that proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

If you are registering for more than 1 product, please submit one form per product.

STEP 1: Fill up the information in the form below.
STEP 2: Email a scanned copy or photograph of your invoice/receipt to admin@absolutesound.com.my
STEP 3: Warranty registration is confirmed only upon email confirmation from Absolute Sound.

  • Only brand new Naim products that are within warranty period will be processed for warranty coverage.

  • Naim products purchased out of Malaysia will not be considered.

  • Discontinued / out of production / ex-demo units will not be considered.

  • Naim products purchased more than 2 years ago will not be considered, even if they are purchased in Malaysia.

  • Naim products purchased in Malaysia within 2 years, but without invoice will not be considered.

  • Subject to manufacturer’s approval.

Please note that proof of purchase is required. You will have to email a scanned copy or photograph of your invoice to us at admin@absolutesound.com.my. Upon receiving a scanned copy or photograph of your invoice/receipt, we will send you an email confirmation to confirm that the warranty registration has been completed.

Please ensure data accuracy when filling in form. In cases where invoice/receipt is inconsistent with data provided, warranty registration will not be considered.

Form submissions without invoice will be not be considered.
